Heather has been a vocal student herself for over 30 years with a variety of  vocal instructors and coaches from across the USA and in Europe.  She is well versed in performance as well as teaching the styles of Jazz, Pop,  Classical, Musical Theater/Broadway, Country, Rock & Roll,  Alternative Rock,    Indie Rock,     R & B, Blues, Latin, French, World Music, and Original Music.

Heather is certified with Seth Riggs International/SLS Worldwide which is one of the most prominent and highly recognized vocal training organizations in the world.

Equipment and Services:

Heather Kefalas Vocal Studio is equipped with a Yamaha/JBL Sound System, Shure Beta and Sennheiser microphones and headsets, Yamaha Motif XS8, Yamaha Keyboards, guitars, amplifiers, Karaoke system,  and an Apple IMac with Pro Tools Recording Facility, allowing students, if they choose, to experience the stage as well as hearing playback of themselves likened to a recording studio session.

Lessons are recorded to disc. Heather also offers mic-recording techniques, performance coaching, piano instruction, song-writing, and ear training to her vocal students. Phone lessons are also available.

Private lessons are offered in half hour or in one hour increments. 

Customized packages available, groups welcome.

Kefalas Vocal Studio Business and Payment Policy:

                               New Students are accepted by audition only
-- Advance payment is required for schedule placement
-- Payment due monthly on the first day of the month/or prorated according to start date of package
-- Cancellations are required 48 hours in advance
Rescheduling of missed appointment must take place within the next seven days of the appointment missed
